Job Descriptions:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1.     Control Admin and finance activities of the project, produce financial reports, prepare relevant revenue documents, Balance sheets, Tax clearance documents, Data entry, Billing, preparing inputs for internal and external audits,
  2. Paying monthly salary and daily expenses.
  3. Responsible for keeping cash management system. 
  4. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  5. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  6. Conducting reconciliation of bank statements, preparing reports as per statements
  7. Maintaining and organizing proper filing track system manually and electronically.
  8. Performing all office administration duties including quotation requests, purchase order follow-ups, stationery supplies.
  9. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  10. expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  11. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  12. Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  13. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  14. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  15. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  16. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  17. Provide financial oversight for the organization and be responsible for the entire range of financial management activities, from daily operations management and so on.
  18. Prepare reports for Executive and head office.
  19. Track cash and working capital to assure liquidity to meet upcoming obligations and keep track of credit limits.
  20. Monitor, interpret and present financial results of operations and programs to the Executive director and head office.
  21. Assist with payroll processing by gathering and reporting data from timekeeping system into payroll system.
  22. Strictly monitor bank accounts, petty cash and other financial instruments and ensure that timely consolidation of accounts is done properly and accurately.
  23. Manage ongoing data entry for internal strategic and financial planning utilizing.
  24. organization s reporting tools and other software
  25. Previous Financial Record review and clearance.
  26. Preparing inputs for internal and external Audit reports
  27. Admin responsibilities and site finance team supervision. 
  28. Monitoring from Hope ALC farm in daily base
  29. Report to link supervisor 
Job Requirements:

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Graduated from Business Adminisration BBA Faculty 
  2. Have at less 5 years’ experience with commercial companies
  3. Have good skills of writing, speaking and listening in Dari/Pashto and English languages
  4. Have good skills with office package and other software is asset.
  5. Have good communication skills
  6. Have good managerial skills with staffs.

Technical Skill:

  • Experience working with well-known corporations will be preferred.
  • Proven management ability and strong interpersonal skills – team player.
  •  Problem-solving skills.
  •  Proficiency in the most common computer software, including word processing and excel spreadsheets and other database software will be preferred.
  •  Ability to deal with difficult, often frustrating work situations.
  •  Personal integrity and a sense of humor.
  •  Knowledge of personal strengths and weaknesses.
