• Mobilize the community and beneficiaries and provide them with awareness regarding the health and nutrition services.
• Support the team in planning and organizing community awareness, campaigns, behavior change communication, and community mobilization sessions.
• Engage and mobilize community health worker and health shura members in one-to-one and group sessions.
• Work closely with the CHWs, Health Shura and CDCs in selecting the target communities.
• Prepare work plans, schedules, and reports for all activities.
• Coordination with local authorities, and community leaders as well as faith leaders.
• Ensure all IEC materials are properly distributed and easily accessible, and usable for both women and men).
• Any other official-related tasks may assign to him.
• Carries out Environmental health and self-hygiene education to under five children’s caregivers and beneficiaries and communities.
• Prepares annual, monthly, weekly and daily monitoring and supervision plans and undertakes regular visits to monitor and oversee health post/CHWs performance.
• Create positive relations with communities through regular meetings and discussion for identifying and addressing health and nutrition issues.
• Lead community-based mobilization and sensitization meetings, introduce the project activities to community members and project beneficiaries.
• Support project location and project beneficiaries targeting strategy and criteria.
• Support feedback mechanism within the project to ensure voices from direct beneficiaries and wider community are continuously shared, captured, and fed into project activities.
• Any other related task as assigned by Provincial Officer and/or Senior Management Team.
