- Collaborate with the project’s Business Development Advisor to refine and enhance the entrepreneurship curriculum for the vocational training program.
- Ensure that the curriculum is gender-sensitive, culturally appropriate, and responsive to the needs of returnees and host communities.
3. Market Assessment and Linkages:
- Conduct a rapid market assessment to identify potential business opportunities for project beneficiaries.
- Establish linkages with local markets, suppliers, and financial institutions to facilitate the integration of beneficiaries into the local economy.
- Provide recommendations for sustainable market engagement strategies.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Develop tools to assess beneficiaries’ progress and the impact of the entrepreneurship training.
- Collect data and provide a comprehensive report on the outcomes of the training program, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Propose actionable recommendations for improving the entrepreneurship component of the project.
