About Hassel Microfinance Institution:

Hassel Microfinance Institution is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Agriculture Development Fund. Hassel is a standalone financial institution that provides microfinancing to the entire agriculture value chain. Hassel was established in November 2024 and received an operational license from the Central Bank of Afghanistan (DAB). Hassel is a national microfinance institution exclusively supporting agricultural and livestock businesses. Job Descriptions:

Perform daily walkthrough maintenance inspections of facilities and grounds to identify maintenance problems, damaged or inoperable property and equipment, and unsafe conditions. Ensure repair, replacement, or remedy.
Supervise the cooks, generator mechanic or technician, cleaners, and helpers for the office.
Purchase of raw items for kitchen on daily basis.
Cross check the bills provided by the cooks to ensure transparency.
Ensure offices and resident rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and supplied with comfort items (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.).
Follow up with the procurement on the equipment and items required for offices and guest houses.
Purchase or placing requests of supplies for offices as required.
Ensure outdoor areas are free of trash and debris. Monitor level of trash in trash bins to prevent overflowing. Coordinate with the cleaning staff as needed to have trash bins emptied.
Follow up on all Office repairs.
Daily tracking of fuel supplied to Office generators & project vehicles.
Placing requests for filters & engine oil for Office generators & project vehicles.
Perform monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
Inspect the kitchens daily to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the work area, utensils & equipment.
Monitor waste level of septic tanks, trash or garbage’s and coordinate schedule evacuation.
Assist staff members relocating or departing from the facility.
Ensure offices are cleaned and sanitized prior to the arrival of new residents.
Tracking office supplies Office on daily basis
Arrange for tea/coffee and lunches for workshops or meetings that are conducted in respective offices.
Ensure that all facilities files are accurately maintained
Monitor generator maintenance and fuel consumption tracking
Monitor vehicle fueling pump and consumption located at Office
Monitor and track the guest and office garbage and septic removals
Filling system for all Facility documents
Responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
Responsible for preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and keeping the database up-to-date.
Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc.
To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle count
Inventory and supply officers receive and send off goods manage stock levels and record stock movement.
Updating the inventory tracker on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
Do the inventory physical check up on timely bases.
Make reservations and purchase tickets for all relevant incoming and outgoing local or international flights in a timely fashion.
Ensure that the security staff and HASSEL are made aware of all incoming travelers; and that are met by security staff at the airport.
Preparing and printing of Business card for all new staff.
Vehicle maintenance.
Arrange Daily movements.
Updating of Drivers log books consistently.
Workshop and trainings logistical arrangements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in business, Administration, supply chain management, or logistics

At least 3-5 years’ experience in Inventory and logistic
Ability read, write English languages and communicate clearly
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
