The Research/Data Collection Manager at Moraa Educational Complex will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data collection systems to support the institution’s academic, operational, and strategic goals. This role ensures the accurate gathering, analysis, and reporting of data related to student performance, teacher effectiveness, and institutional growth. The manager will work closely with staff, faculty, and administrators to support evidence-based decision-making and improve overall educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data collection frameworks tailored to Moraa Educational Complex’s academic and administrative needs.
Identify data collection methods suitable for gathering information about student performance, teacher evaluations, and institutional efficiency.
Create a clear timeline for regular data collection cycles (e.g., quarterly, semester-based).
Recruit, train, and manage a team of data collection assistants to ensure accurate and efficient data gathering.Provide ongoing training on tools, processes, and ethical guidelines for data collection within an educational environment.
Monitor and validate the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data collected from various sources, including classrooms, administrative records, and digital platforms.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures to identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in the data
Analyze collected data to identify trends and insights related to student academic performance, teacher efficiency, and institutional growth.
Prepare detailed and professional reports for school leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Present data in easily understandable formats, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to various stakeholders.
Utilize data collection and management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized education management software.
Recommend and implement new technologies to streamline and enhance data collection and reporting processes.
