Job Descriptions:

We are seeking recently graduated students from IT, BCS, BBA, or other relevant fields who demonstrate excellent potential, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The goal is to source contracting opportunities on U.S. based platforms, offer bids to the U.S. government, win contract awards, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities :

Source contracting opportunities, and offer bids to the U.S. government to win contract awards

Collaborate with vendors and clients

Negotiate contracts with external vendors

Search for product prices and get quotes from different vendors

Provide a detailed report to the Manager

Ensure all the projects are tracked

Papere specification sheet of products offered in the bid

Coordination and communication with the team and Manager

Any other tasks assigned by the Team Lead

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BCS, BBA, or other relevant fields.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for managing email correspondence and phone calls. (Mandatory)
Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) with a Standard English Language Proficiency certificate or diploma. (Mandatory)
Advanced computer skills and full proficiency in MS Office and various communication applications. (Mandatory)
Solid understanding and effective use of search engines. (Mandatory)
Full-time, remote position with flexibility for overtime in emergencies.
Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection. (Mandatory)
