Education
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Political or Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience
Or
High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations.
Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is required.
Experience in financial tracking, budgeting, and supporting financial management for programmes.
Knowledge of UN or INGO procurement policies, processes, and protocols.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial reports and documentation.
Strong organizational and administrative skills to support programme implementation.
Experience in maintaining accurate records of expenditures, contracts, and project-related documentation.
Familiarity with economic resilience programming, such as financial management for livelihoods or small-business development initiatives.
Ability to support projectization by aligning expenditures and activities with specific funding streams, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
