Duties & Responsibilities

• Using the Afghan Taxation Law to withhold tax and deposit it to the government within the required timeframe.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
• Update and organize the company's tax online system.
• Prepare the necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
• Observe future legislation that impacts taxation and operations, including future risks.
• Collect all tax payments made and prepare the necessary forms for submission to the tax department.
• Maintain a proper filing system for all tax documents.
• Process the paperwork for the MOF audit and serve as the focal point for completions.
• Cross check and allign all supporting documents as per tax reports.
• MOCIT and ATRA reporting and follow ups.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

1. High school is required, Bachelor Degree is preferable.

2. Complete knowledge of Afghan Tax calculation/ reporting. 

3. Familiar with Afghan Tax procedures

4. Excellent Communication Skill

5. At least 2 years experience with telecom. 

6. Work in Audit department is an asset.

6. Fluency in local languages i.e. Pashto / Dari is required. knowledge of English language is an Asset.
