Education :
Experience / Skills :

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience in BPHS, EPHS, NGOs, INGOs, or government health facilities, preferably in remote or underserved areas.
- Preference will be given to local candidates who meet the required criteria and successfully complete the full recruitment process; however, being a local candidate alone does not provide any advantage.

Able to plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care

Clinical competence - safe medication administration and procedures

Assessment skills - monitor and assess patient conditions

Ability to follow standards and maintain confidentiality

Good communication skills - effective interaction with patients and the team

Infection prevention and control - ensure safety and hygiene

Documentation & reporting - maintain accurate patient records

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Languages:
Written and verbal Fluency in local languages
IT knowledge :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
