Job Descriptions:

Position Summary

To support project implementation, HHWO seeks qualified female trainers to deliver practical and market-oriented training programs in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management, Financial Literacy and Access to Sharia-Compliant Finance, Product Standardization and Basic Marketing along with Technical Trainings, as well as other entrepreneurship, vocational, and income-generation skills. The objective of these trainings is to equip women entrepreneurs, vocational trainees, and small business owners with the knowledge and skills needed to improve product quality, access markets, increase income, and achieve sustainable economic empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Deliver training sessions in accordance with approved curricula and schedules.

·        Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises.

·        Facilitate participatory and hands-on learning using adult learning methodologies.

·        Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.

·        Provide coaching and technical guidance to participants.

·        Support beneficiaries in developing business ideas, business plans, and income-generation strategies.

·        Maintain training attendance records and documentation.

·        Prepare and submit training reports and assessment results.

·        Coordinate closely with HHWO project and field teams.

·        Ensure compliance with HHWO policies, safeguarding standards, and code of conduct.

Training Areas

The WEE Trainer will facilitate capacity-building activities for women entrepreneurs, vocational trainees, and small business owners. The trainer will deliver practical training and mentorship on Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management, Financial Literacy and Access to Sharia-Compliant Finance, Product Standardization and Basic Marketing, as well as other livelihood and entrepreneurship-related skills to strengthen women's economic resilience, business development, and sustainable income-generation opportunities.

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Education, Social Sciences, Rural Development, or a related field.

·    Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship, livelihoods, vocational skills development, business development, or women’s economic empowerment programs.

·        Demonstrated experience working with women entrepreneurs and community-based economic initiatives.

·        Strong training, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

·        Experience with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.

·        Fluency in Dari is required; knowledge of local languages is highly desirable.
