Job Objective
To prepare, cook, and serve healthy and diverse meals for the leadership team at the AADA Head Office, and to manage kitchen supplies and refreshments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the approved meal plan.
- Ensure food is prepared in line with health and food safety standards.
- Provide special dietary meals when required.
- Serve meals to staff in designated areas, including the kitchen and meeting rooms.
- Prepare and serve beverages such as tea, coffee, and juice during working hours and meetings.
- Prepare weekly food supply lists and submit them to the Administrative Manager for approval.
- Purchase fresh food items from reliable sources on a daily or weekly basis.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the availability of required supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and utensils.
- Regularly disinfect kitchen equipment and use designated cooking tools.
- Report directly to the Administrative Manager on expenses, requirements, and meal plans.
- Coordinate with security and cleaning teams regarding perishable items and waste management.k overtime when special meetings or guests require additional support.
