Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Human Rights, or Bachelor’s degree
Experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in safeguarding, gender mainstreaming, or PSEA/SH, GBV preferably with NGOs or development organizations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of PSEA/SH, safeguarding, gender equality, and humanitarian principles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, facilitation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive cases professionally using a survivor-centered approach.
- Skilled in conducting trainings, community awareness sessions, and managing complaint mechanisms.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to safeguarding standards and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse.
- Proficiency in computer packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
