Position Summary
The IT & Graphic Design Officer is responsible for managing the hospital’s information technology systems, providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, supporting digital marketing activities, and designing professional visual materials for organizational branding and communication purposes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
A. Information Technology (IT) Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain required software applications for all hospital departments.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for computers, printers, scanners, and other digital devices.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment including Access Points, Switches, Routers, and related networking devices.
- Distribute and manage internet services for all departments according to the approved list provided by the General Administration.
- Coordinate and manage database-related activities.
C. Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design professional graphic materials including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, social media posts, certificates, and branding materials.
- Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns and hospital awareness programs.
- Edit photos, videos, and multimedia content when required for promotional or educational purposes.
B. Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage and update the hospital’s social media platforms, website content, and online presence.
- Prepare marketing materials, promotional content, announcements, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate with different departments to promote hospital services, events, and awareness campaigns.
