Job Descriptions:
Al Mustahan Construction Company (AMCC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Officer to manage financial records, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations. The Finance Officer will support project-based financial management and report directly to the Finance Manager / General Director.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and staff payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
- Monitor advances issued to site teams and ensure proper settlement.
- Review subcontractor invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents (hard & soft copy).
- Ensure compliance with Afghan tax laws and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors when required.
