Job purpose:
Support to the field outreach team, including the vaccinator, social mobilizer, and community members.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the EPI activities of the project in each province.
2. Ensure the HF/outreach team has functional and proper vaccination services.
3. Ensure that all vaccine supplies are available in each HF/outreach team
4. Supervise, evaluate, and follow up on the activity and output of vaccinators in all HFs/OTs
5. Organize the necessary training for vaccinators.
6. Ensure vaccination reports are prepared properly and submitted timely.
7. Responsible for maintaining effective coordination and close communication with PPHD, PEMT, REMT, UNICEF, WHO, DHOs, BPHS health facilities, and community members to ensure proper EPI services at mobile health teams/health facility levels.
8. Ensure on-job training and supportive supervision of the fix center/OTs staff (vaccinators)and conduct on-the-job training as per need of the project.
9. Specific focus on maintaining the cold chain of vaccines and requisition receiving and supply procedures and recording documents as per National EPI and other MoPH-related guidelines and policies. '
10. Follow established departmental policies. procedures. and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative; safety, environmental, and infection prevention standards.
11. Contribute to new program development related to the sector.
12. Identify and report immediately any problem that interferes with the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/her immediate supervisor.
I3. Complete all IMC online/offline Mandatory All Staff Trainings (MAST) and follow up for timely completion of MAST training by his/her team.
14. Adhere to all IMC and donor's policies, including Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption policies, and immediately report any suspected case or corruption or breach of CoC
15. Any other tasks and responsibilities as required for the implementation of the project and
