8. Identify risks and challenges and implement corrective actions.
9. Maintain strong relationships with farmers, partners, government agencies, and donors.
10. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
11. Manage project finances and control expenditures within the approved budget.
12. Prepare and submit regular progress, technical, and financial reports.
13. Collect, analyze, and document field data and lessons learned.
14. Support training, capacity building, and knowledge-sharing activities.
15. Represent the project in meetings, workshops, and coordination forums.
