Job Summary:

The Radiology Technician operates, adjusts, and maintains imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images as requested by physicians. The role includes preparing and guiding patients through procedures, ensuring safety through proper shielding, and maintaining detailed medical records. The technician also manages equipment procurement and usage, supports the radiology department’s daily operations, and ensures effective coordination and teamwork. A commitment to ongoing training, updating medical knowledge, and following the FFHC training program is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recognizes first work priority is to FFHC and its reputation and patients.
  • Adjust and maintain imaging equipment
  • Precisely follow orders from physicians on what areas of the body to image.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including taking a medical history and answering questions about the procedure.
  • Protect the patient by shielding exposed areas that do not need to be imaged.
  • Keep detailed patient records Maintaining of the medical records.
  • Purchase equipment and manage the radiology department. Operate the computerized  equipment to take the image Position the patient and the equipment to get the correct image.
  • Willingness to be trained, acquires new skills, update medical knowledge, and attend and take lectures according to FFHC training program.
  •  Take care of equipment’s in the clinic and their proper usage.
  • Ensure good coordination and communication and teamwork.
Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology; additional relevant fellowship or training would be preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with a focus on interpreting
  • complex cases in international or multicultural contexts.
  • Expertise in various imaging modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound, with a
  • strong understanding of advanced imaging techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and providing
  • clear, concise reports.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with online operating systems and good knowledge of computer use.
