About Youth PEER Afghanistan Organization:

Y-PEER Afghanistan (Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization – YPAO) is a youth-led network dedicated to empowering Afghan youth through peer-to-peer education, leadership development, and community engagement. As part of the global Y-PEER initiative, YPAO works to promote health, education, life skills, youth participation, and humanitarian support across Afghanistan. The organization trains young volunteers to serve as peer educators, enabling them to deliver awareness programs, leadership training, and community outreach activities that strengthen youth capacity and contribute to social development.

Job Descriptions:
  1. Coordinate with the Ministry of Economy for timely submission of project reports.
  2. Liaise with the Ministry of Finance regarding tax matters and compliance requirements.
  3. Engage with other relevant ministries to support smooth project implementation and regulatory adherence.
  4. Work with local authorities and external stakeholders to secure all necessary letters, permissions, and approvals for field activities.
  5. Ensure timely processing of official documents to prevent delays in project implementation.
  6. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, partners, and external parties regarding project updates and requirements.
  7. Represent the organization professionally in interactions with government entities and external stakeholders.
  8. Support overall project coordination to facilitate smooth operations and compliance with policies.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, public policy, Management, social science, Journalism, Finance or a related field required; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred Prior
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
  3. Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Good in leading and supervising team
  6. Conflict management skills
  7. Good computer knowledge and skill
  8. Familiar with rule and regulation of stakeholders
  9. Good knowledge project working of NGOs in Afghanistan
  10. Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  11. Organizational and time management skills are needed to ensure programs are completed by the scheduled time.
