Job Descriptions:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and manage our team of talented developers, network engineers, and IT professionals. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver, a collaborative leader, and an innovative thinker with a strong technical background in computer science, software development, and IT infrastructure, as well as contemporary knowledge of E-wallet payment.

As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in defining our technology roadmap, brainstorming new ideas, planning and executing projects, and overseeing the growth of our technical team. You will be responsible for aligning the technology strategy with our business goals, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements:
  • Technology Leadership: Define and implement the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers, network engineers, and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • IT and Network Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, including networks and servers.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to delivery, while managing multiple ongoing projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Brainstorm, strategize, and plan new features and products that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales) to align technical capabilities with company needs.
  • Hands-On Development: Remain involved in technical discussions and support the development team when necessary. Familiarity with coding is essential to guide the team effectively.
  • Networking and IT Infrastructure: Collaborate with network engineers to design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the company’s growth and operational requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical and business challenges, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our technology stack.
  • Research and Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological developments, introducing innovations that can provide a competitive advantage.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage technology budgets and resource allocations to ensure optimal performance.
