Job Descriptions:

Collect data in the specified template (checklist) provided by MEAL Unit.
Travel to Ghormach district and monitor CBE classes.
Conduct FGDs and key informant interviews with beneficiaries as needed.
Conduct spot-checks, PDMs and CSS in the targeted districts as needed.
Travel to the field(districts) /villages as assigned and conduct interviews.
Follow and implement guidance/instruction provided by MEAL Officer supervisor.
Perform any other necessary tasks assigned by MEAL Officer supervisor.
Desirable - Working with highly vulnerable and displaced people would be added advantage.
Good verbal communication skills in local languages and working knowledge of English.
Most importantly, commitment to IRC values and principles.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with groups of diverse background.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, business administration or any other related fields.
1 years of experience in MEAL & data collection specifically FGD, KII and HH surveys, spot-checks, PDMs, and CSS.
Familiarity with MEAL data collection tool including KOBO, CommCare…
Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English
Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
