Afghanistan Relief and Sustainable Development Organization (ARSDO) founded and registered with ministry of economy Afghanistan 2017. ARSDO is one of the national Non-Profit Development Organizations in Afghanistan, with deep trenched and far-reaching social interventions in the region. ARSDO is implementing community development and empowerment programs at the grass root level and to connect it at policy level. ARSDO is implementing programs and projects i.e. Education, Health, Economic empowerment and humanitarian response with the main approach and strategy of advocacy and service delivery.

Job Descriptions:

Job Purpose:

To provide quality dental laboratory and technical support services to ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and dental prosthesis preparation for patients according to national standards and ARSDO/ MoPH guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform dental technical procedures including fabrication, adjustment, and repair of dental prostheses and appliances.

· Ensure all dental laboratory tools and materials are maintained and sterilized properly.

· Maintain accurate records of all dental procedures and laboratory works.

· Support the dentist in diagnosis and treatment by preparing molds, casts, and other dental components.

· Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) standards at all times.

· Ensure confidentiality and respectful behavior toward patients.

· Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Graduated from a recognized Dental Technical Institute.

· Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting.

· Familiarity with dental laboratory equipment and materials.

· Basic computer literacy is an advantage

· Strong technical and manual skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.

· Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Working Conditions:

· Based in the assigned health facility or dental unit.

· May require occasional travel for training or supervision.

· Work involves direct contact with patients and dental materials.

· Standard working hours as per ARSDO policy
